龙敏 （博士，副教授），1977年3月生，现为湖南省高等学校青年骨干教师培养对象。于2005年3月赴香港城市大学电子工程系进行了为期半年的科研合作。2006年6月进入长沙理工大学计算机与通信工程学院从事通信工程的科研与教学工作。目前主持湖南省自然科学基金项目一项，并参与完成多个国家自然科学基金及省自然科学基金项目。

主要研究方向：混沌密码学，信息安全，非线性电路与系统
