黄婧杰，女，汉族，1990年12月出生于湖南省长沙市，博士。

2013年6月毕业于华中科技大学电气工程及其自动化专业，获学士学位，2016年6月毕业于长沙理工大学，获电气工程及其自动化专业硕士学位，2020年6月毕业于新南威尔士大学获电气工程专业博士学位。

主讲课程：电力系统分析

主要研究方向：电力系统运行优化，综合能源系统

先后参与完成澳大利亚自科基金重点项目3项，在《International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems》、《中国电机工程学报》等国内外重要刊物上发表论文12篇，其中SCI收录3篇、EI收录9篇。
