
孙庆德,男,汉族,1990年生,江西吉安人。2018年博士毕业于苏州大学,2019.2-2021.7在北京计算科学研究中心从事博士后研究。2021.7月入职长沙理工大学物理与电子科学学院,主要从事教学科研工作。
主要研究方向:
(1)半导体的缺陷物理;
(2)高通量计算和基于机器学习的材料设计;
(3)光伏和发光材料的光电性质。

(1)高光吸收材料的物理机理研究,国家自然科学基金,青年项目,主持,2021.01-2023.12;
(2)环境友好型高稳定性太阳能电池的材料设计与器件研究,国家重点研发计划,重大专项,参与,2016.01-2020.12;
(3)钙钛矿太阳能材料的离子扩散及其对稳定性影响的理论研究,国家自然科学基金,面上项目,参与,2017.01-2020.12。
