On July 6th, Dr. Ignatius. W. Fomunung and Dr. Wu Weidong, representatives from the College of Engineering & Computer Science of University of Tennessee at Chattanooga visited CSUST. Dr. WU, director of the Office of International Affairs met with them and had a cordial and practical discussion about the details of the upcoming joint-education program in civil engineering as well as the possibility of establishing an offshore campus.
Before the meeting, the two delegates were shown around the campus and the national key laboratories in the School of Civil Engineering and had a face-to-face discussion with experts and professors in this field.
Both parties promised to work hard to finalize the feasible teaching plan for the program and ensure the smooth and successful implementation.
