个人简介

朱正发，男，汉族，中共党员，1986年出生，工学博士，硕士研究生导师。

2009年6月毕业于中南大学，获工学学士学位，2018年6月毕业于中南大学，获工学博士学位。2018年入职长沙理工大学电气学院。

科研成果

深度参与完成国家自然科学基金面上项目多项,完成多项企业横向项目研发，获得了中国铁道学会科学技术奖二等奖。在《Soft Computing》、《IEEE International Conference on Communication》等国内外期刊和IEEE国际会议上发表SCI、EI和CSCD收录论文十余篇，担任《IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine》等多个国际学术期刊审稿人。
