应数计学院邀请，2015年1月12日上午，湘潭大学数学与计算科学学院副院长肖爱国教授在理科楼A419报告厅做了题目为<<Two mass and energy conservative difference schemes for the space fractional coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equations>>的学术报告。数计学院教师、研究生共30余人参加了此次会议。报告会由副院长王晚生教授主持。

肖教授的报告向在场的各位师生介绍了(1)Numerical approximation for fractional Laplace(2)the discrete conservative properties(3)convergence in the L无穷norm(4)介绍了一些numerical examples(5)给出了some important problems五方面内容肖教授的报告深入浅出，赢得在场师生的阵阵掌声。

报告结束后，师生受益匪浅，短短一个小时的报告，在场师生却都收获颇多。此次讲座对促进我院科学研究、研究生培养起到了积极的推动作用。
