个人简介 

杨耀城，男，湖南大学博士，硕士生导师，主要研究方向为清洁能源材料的开发与应用。目前以第一作者发表SCI论文3篇。

主要研究领域  低维柔性清洁能源材料   可穿戴自供电系统 

教学情况 《现代半导体器件物理》、《模拟集成电路原理》、《VLSI设计》
