莫言，男，汉族，1994年10月出生于湖南省益阳市，博士。

2015年6月毕业于长春工业大学测控技术与仪器专业，获学士学位，2018年6月毕业于湘潭大学，获控制工程专业硕士学位，2022年10月毕业于湖南大学获控制科学与工程专业博士学位。2022年10月起任教于长沙理工大学自动化系。

主要研究方向：（1）图像处理 （2）机器学习

参与国家重点研发计划、校企合作等多项课题，申请国家发明专利2项，在《Information Fusion》、《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》上发表期刊论文2篇，国外会议论文1篇。担任IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters、Frontiers in Remote Sensing等国际学术期刊审稿人。
