龙卓，男，汉族，湖南长沙人，中共党员，博士。

2012年6月毕业于华中科技大学电气与电子信息工程专业，获学士学位，2015年6月毕业于华中科技大学，获电气工程专业硕士学位，2021年12月毕业于湖南大学获电气专业博士学位。曾于2015-2017年在国家电网湖南电力公司检修公司担任继电保护专业工程师。

主要研究方向：（1）智能传感与信息处理、数据融合与人工智能；（2）电气设备测试、诊断、预测与健康管理

作为主要研究人员参与完成多项国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金及青年基金项目；在《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》、《Measurement》、《IEEE Sensors Journal》等国内外重要刊物上发表论文十余篇，其中SCI收录8篇，EI收录3篇；申请国家发明专利十余项，其中授权6项。
