成茵, 女，汉族，中共党员，1981年8月出生，博士,副教授。2001年，毕业于湖南大学化工学院无机非金属材料专业，获学士学位， 2006年获湖南大学材料科学与工程专业博士学位。2010年赴英国诺丁汉大学作访问学者一年。
主要研究方向：（1）新型功能玻璃；（2）微晶玻璃；（3）结构与功能陶瓷。
主持湖南省自科基金项目、湖南省科技计划项目，还先后参加了国家自然科学基金项目以及国家“863”高技术研究计划等项目研究工作，获湖南省科技进步二等奖两项，国家发明专利两项。在国际及国内专业学术刊物上发表SCI收录论文十余篇。
