【个人简介】
2021年获天津科技大学工学博士学位。2021年7月至今,任长沙理工大学食品与生物工程学院讲师、副教授,硕士研究生导师,《食品与机械》杂志副主编,湖南省食品科学技术学会理事、青年委员会委员,湖南省“三区”科技人才,Foods客座编辑,中国高校科技期刊研究会国际合作工作委员会委员。主要从事食品安全检测领域的研究工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金、湖南省自然科学基金、湖南省科普重点项目(子课题)、长沙市自然科学基金、湖南省教育厅科学研究项目、湖南省科技期刊编辑学会青年基金、食品营养与安全国家重点实验室开放课题等9项研究项目;在Food Chemistry、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical、Talanta、Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Microchimica Acta等期刊发表论文10余篇,申请国家发明专利6项,其中4项获得授权。
