郑兴良，男，43岁，党员，副教授，应用化学和有机化学硕士研究生导师，2003年6月浙江大学博士毕业，从事了多年高等教育工作，具有一定的教学经验和教育水平，具备一定的科研素质和科研水平，具有较强的学科建设和专业建设水平，具备较强的组织协调管理能力。2004年6月-2006年10月在湖南正清制药集团博士后工作站从事博士后研究工作，研究课题为青藤碱结构改造与优化研究，现已出站，申请专利2项，获得有开发前景新化合物2个。
一、研究方向：有机合成，主要从事有机化学和有机合成的教学科研工作，主要研究领域是现代有机合成新方法、新反应、新试剂、新材料以及天然药物结构改造，主要研究兴趣是不对称药物的合成、有机中间体的研发、金属有机化学和有机功能材料研究。

三、科研成果：国家自然科学基金（20072033和29872010）及省级自然科学基金（298067）课题组的核心组成员，从事维生素H（biotin）的全合成研究；对贫电子炔酮进行了合成和反应的原创性研究（论文发表于德国合成通讯SYNLETT）；先后研究合成了无污染高降解表面活性剂、高档轿车颜料、压敏系列功能染料（研究成果结晶紫内酯CVL合成技术已转上）、吡嗪、紫苏类高级香料等。近年来发表论文20余篇，其中《SCI》源刊论文13篇，申请专利3项。发表的部分论文（第一作者）如下：
