【个人简介】

刘君，理学博士，讲师，硕士生导师。2015年于西北农林科技大学获工学学士，2021年于山东大学获理学博士学位。2021-2022年，湖南省微生物研究院应用真菌（分子）室研究实习员；2022年6月至今，加入长沙理工大学食品与生物工程学院。主要从事食品科学与工程以及天然产物与生物医药学科领域科研工作，是长沙理工大学“功能微生物创制及精准发酵研究团队”核心成员。已主持湖南省自然科学基金青年项目、长沙市青年科学基金项目共2项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。在frontiers, Journal of Industrial Microbiology & Biotechnology, food chemistry等SCI期刊发表论文6篇，获授权国家发明专利1项。
