一、基本信息

潘仁胜,男,湖南娄底人,工学博士,长沙理工大学土木工程学院副教授;国际知名SCI期刊《Engineering Structures》《Journal of Bridge Engineering》及国内权威期刊《中国公路学报》等多个杂志审稿专家。目前主要从事超高性能混凝土(UHPC)材料及新型桥梁结构理论研究,欢迎联系方式:panrshc@163.com
