杨旭，男，湖南益阳人，1989年生，工学博士，现为长沙理工大学土木工程学院讲师，硕士研究生导师。主要从事FRP增强纤维增强水泥基复合材料加固等方面的研究；截止2024年2月，已发表SCI/EI论文15余篇。
